A delicious Rooibos tea with a mild sweet flavour.

Rooibos also known as red bush tea is great to drink before bed as it does not contain caffeine.

Brew Rooibos like black tea, you can then drink it as it is or add milk / lemon and sweeten with sugar or honey to taste.

Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
